 HERITAGE NO : 371 Peter was signed from the Marshall Cross Junior Club and played his only game for the First Team in away 11-11 draw at Salford on the 2nd February 1929. He played on the right wing in this match outside centre Billy Mercer. In 1921 Peter was living with his parents and three siblings in Fleet Lane, Parr St. Helens. He was still at school. His father, also named Peter, was a Undertramser at the Ashton Green Colliery in Parr. Peter JNR became a Collier and was living in Second Avenue, Whiston in 1939. He died in September 1970, aged 63.
